If you are working in the office you'll see each workstation is socially distant.  

We have provided a screen riser / stand that also protects and stores the network termninal box that works like a PC.

It is vital these boxes are keep inside the screen riser as shown in the image. Firstly it protects the terminal box, the cables and connections.  Those little boxes cost around $400 each - they don't take to well to coffee or water spills, being moved around.  Hence the protection provided.  

Lastly they don't need to be switched on / off so leaving them as they are is ideal.

Please if you are sit at a workstation needing to be set up correctly, then ask your supervisor.  If something doesn't work or function as its should; then please report this.
